I ordered three of the swivel barstools with custom engraving on the backs. I received a very quick response to start the graphics work. They were very easy to work with and helpful providing suggestions to make the graphics look nice. Once the graphics proof was accepted, the order was under way. The turnaround time was extremely fast. The order was received well packaged. Minimal assembly was required, as in four bolts per stool. The stools were in place and being used. They appear very sturdy. The finish on the wood is nice, as well as all the edges. The engraving turned out fantastic! Very pleased and would do business again with FireStationFurniture!

Ordered 45 meeting room chairs, 4 lounge chairs, and 14 office chairs all with our departments custom embroidered Maltese cross on it and they look absolutely amazing. People walk into our station and the first thing they see are the matching custom chairs with our embroidery on them. They are also great quality and comfortable! Our department recently placed an order through FireStationFurniture for a new movie theatre style recliner to replace an older recliner that no one can remember where it came from. Our experience has been nothing but fantastic with FSF from browsing the website, tinkering and communicating with customer service. FSF has excellent customer service and helped us through the ordering and customization process (we ordered a custom headrest) very quickly. Once the recliner arrived, it was placed in service quickly and has been a huge hit with the crews. Initially, we purchased one recliner to replace an older recliner in our dispatch room, but the crews like it so much that we plan to replace the recliners in our crew room which are not very old. The size and comfort of the theatre style recliner is much better than the previous brands we have used.

I recently headed up ordering 2 Duity Built Ladder 450 pro recliners for our department. The ordering process was super simple and their staff was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The chairs are great with plenty of cushion. I would be happy to purchase more in the future.

I’ve bought several recliners over the years but none top this one! I’m 6’4” and weight around 225. I have yet to purchase a chair that fits without my feet hanging off the footrest. I do now! Dog loves it as well.
